Want To Know One Of The Best Ways To Be More Informed About Your Health?
Ronnie, age 50-60 years
When Ronnie began visiting the Clinic, she had high blood pressure, struggled with obesity, and showed signs for pre-diabetes. After visiting the Clinic for just eight months, Ronnie’s blood pressure is now in a normal range, she has lost 15 pounds (while continuing to lose more with applied exercise), and her blood sugar is now in the normal range. Ronnie made a decision to invest in her health and show up for herself during a difficult time. With the help of Barbara Schultz, our nutrition and health educator, Ronnie is now a happier and healthier version of her already great self!
“Barbara is very focused, with a vast knowledge of how foods affect one’s overall health. The health meal plans she uses are doable and easy to apply to one’s daily life. With caring, steadfast guidance, Barbara has made a notable impact on my overall health journey and life!”
