Are you eligible to receive services?

To be eligible to receive services from the Community Care Clinic of Dare, the patient must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Live or work in Dare County
  • Be uninsured or underinsured
  • Have household income less than the limits* below

*These limits are based on the 2023 Federal Poverty Guidelines extended by the Department of Health and Human Services

The Community Care Clinic of Dare will attempt to provide limited-English-proficient patients with the assistance necessary to afford them meaningful access to services offered by the clinic.

Percent of Federal Poverty Limit Based on Household Income

To determine your Federal Poverty Limit (FPL) value for 2023 Administrative Processing Fees or if you need help paying your patient fees, call our office at 252-361-3041.

We charge an annual patient administrative fee. You do not have to pay the fee all at once. Please call the Clinic if you have any questions.
